BIELENZ BLING
ABOUT MY JEWELRY
Originally hailing from snowy Montana, I spent countless days indoors, nurturing my passion for crafting. Upon relocating to California and starting my career at UC Berkeley, a friend and co-worker said, “Let’s take a beading class to create our own jewelry and save some money!”
What followed were numerous classes and bead shows, alongside hours dedicated to honing my craft. Over time, I amassed an extensive inventory of thousands of beads and semi-precious gemstones in various shapes, sizes and colors as well as tools, books, and patterns. Eventually, I retired and made my home in Rio Vista.
Ironically, this entire journey through handcrafting has led me to explore even more creative avenues. In addition to beading, I enjoy watercolor painting, knitting and, of course, herding cats.
